Tournament raised $27,000

The Perth and District Community Foundation reports that the sixth annual Home Legacy Golf Classic, held May 28 at the Perth Golf Course, raised more than $27,000 for the foundation. The foundation expressed thanks to title sponsors Bob, Molly and Richard Ellard of the Perth Home Hardware Building Centre and Home Furniture. In addition to the Ellards, the organizing committee consisting of Ruth Graham, Chris Samson, Andy Davis, Craig Halpenny, Gordon Cowie, Kelly McHardy, and Dave Lewis worked tirelessly for several months.
