Impaired driver

On Saturday, July 24 at approximately 11:35 p.m. a Perth Police officer on foot patrol observed a motor vehicle being operated on North Street. Further investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming alcohol prior to driving. The 35-year-old North York male has been charged with impaired driving and driving with over 80mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He will appear in court Aug. 8.
